About the Pilot System Change Program (SCP) – Employability
The pilot program will support HEIs to develop structures and systems to improve graduate employability. Enrolled HEIs will receive mentorship and guidance to evaluate and identify gaps within their institutions and develop the needed structures to enhance their employability outcomes. Kepler, a member institution in the Education Collaborative network, is the implementation lead of the program. Education Sub Saharan Africa (ESSA) will provide research and monitoring, evaluation and learning support to the program implementation. Three beneficiary institutions will participate in this pilot. These institutions will learn from the best practices of employability structures in the sub-Saharan Africa region, working together with their matched primary mentor institutions.
