Through a baseline survey, participating institutions will be guided to identify gaps and define key areas for setting strategic goals.

Strategy Development and Implementation

Career guidance experts will support institutions in creating a 5-year strategic plan and outlining the next steps for effective implementation

Monitoring and Evaluation

After the workshop, institutions will receive ongoing support to track progress and evaluate outcomes
