Part 1 – Breakout Discussions [12:50 GMT – 13:20 GMT] Participants will join breakout rooms to discuss further examples of gaps, and share models and innovations being implemented by participating institutions to fill the gap.
Part 2 – Plenary Discussion [13:30GMT – 14:30 GMT]  Facilitators share practical innovations from their institutions in addressing the competency gap. The facilitators also highlights the insights from the breakout room discussions.Â
