Topic: Identification of Entrepreneurship Interdependency Factors: How can HEIs assess the sustainability of their entrepreneurship ecosystem?

Synopsis: This session will explore the structures, operations and best practices of entrepreneurship ecosystems of HEIs, and present two exemplar cases for study. It will also highlight the structure of interdependencies needed for an effective ecosystem, allowing for participants to contribute to the development of the ideal entrepreneurial ecosystem structure while identifying insights to build their HEI ecosystems. This will set the stage and provide the basis for a deep dive concept and action plan development on day two.
