Synopsis: The session aims to challenge participants on the need to redefine industry-oriented learning beyond a focus on curriculum and content to a more experiential approach – which provides students opportunities to work on industry-relevant projects and develop skills to be job-ready irrespective of their course of study. The experience-based session will provide participants insights and strategies on an experiential approach to industry-oriented learning in enhancing student career outcomes. It will also enlighten participants on how alumni, faculty, career services, and digital tools to facilitate industry-oriented learning.
