This session seeks to introduce and explore the Systems Change process and the Systems Thinking approach as sustainable avenues for transforming career preparation programs in institutions of higher learning in Africa to enable them to respond to the changing dynamics of graduate employability. In this session, participants will learn how the Systems Change process has been applied in institutions in Africa, the lessons learned, and the achievements obtained. The session also explores mechanisms of building agile employability structures in higher education using systems thinking approach that responds to emerging trends.
