This session aims to delve deeper into the disconnect that has been widely spoken about with regard to the development of employability skills, skills profiling, outcomes framing, integrating job market dynamics into curricula, curricula innovation, faculty development for outcome-based curricula, among other dynamics associated with “unemployable graduates”. Specifically, the session is expected to bring out practical and sustainable ways in which HEIs, industry, regulators, and the community can work together to ensure that the curriculum that is taught in HEIs meets the needs of the industry, and the graduates themselves, and the society.
