Employability Case Study
Topic: Maximizing employer engagement: Ashesi-ETH Zurich
Synopsis: At this session, stakeholders will learn from a practical example of developing an industry-academic partnership to improve students’ employment placements. It uses the recent Ashesi University partnership with ETH Zurich in beginning a master’s program in Ghana. Through the case study, participants will learn ways to create a pool of industry partners to shape academic curriculums and provide experiential learning avenues for students, and a talent pipeline for employers.
