Employability  Community of Practice (ECoP)

Building career readiness

With a growing African population and a changing job market, identifying and implementing strategies to improve final-year studentstransition into employment, entrepreneurship, or graduate school has become even more crucial.

The Employability Community of Practice is committed to exploring and sharing ways students can develop career paths in university and have the requisite know-how to start careers when they graduate.

Workgroups explore how educational institutions can build career-ready learning environments through partnerships and feedback loops with employers and industry and embedding career development programs into campus activities.
