Kepler and The Education Collaborative have partnered to advance graduate employability through an innovative soft skills training program. The training curriculum is designed to equip graduates with 21st century skills, which are highly desirable skills by employers in diverse sectors. It uses a competency-based, active learning method to drive individual outcomes grounded in real-world professional skills. The curriculum and pedagogical approach are built from the idea that graduates are best prepared for the world of work by directly engaging in an environment that simulates a professional setting.

The curriculum focuses on professionalism, communication, and digital literacy, integrating problem-solving skills into every module.
