In exploring innovative ways of supporting its students’ career development aspirations, Botho University introduced the Career Growth Passport (CGP). CGP is an employability journal designed to work with a pilot group of 100 first-year students to guide them through all the employability development initiatives available at Botho University. Students with the CGP complete yearly tasks that are linked to Botho’s Graduate Profile. Students receive exclusive rewards upon successfully completing the tasks.
During the session, the research team from Botho University will delve deeper into the concept of the Career Growth Passport and present current outcomes. Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to the research project and explore its application within their institution.
