Ideation and institutional concept development for a sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Topic: What HEIs should ideate and develop into concepts to achieve sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems
Facilitators: Eddah Munyi, Director of Executive Education, Strathmore Business School; Dr. Gordon Adomdza, Associate Professor, Business Administration, Ashesi University; Yaw Adu-Gyamfi, CEO and Co-founder, Centre for Social Innovations (CSI).
Synopsis: This session will focus on operationalizing the insights gained from day one. The key objective is to support participants to channel the insights from the activities on day one towards developing new or updated program concepts to improve the efficiency and interdependency of their entrepreneurship ecosystems. Participants will get guidance on identifying gaps or areas in their ecosystems that present opportunities for optimization. They will then draft a concept note with an action plan to show clear pathways to fill those gaps or address those areas.
