A model for soft Skills Development: The Kepler Soft Skills Centre (KSSC) Approach
This session presented research findings on required soft skills shared by employers in three countries: Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Ghana. Additionally, the session delved into the Kepler Soft Skills Centers developed by Kepler and based on research data gathered from Rwanda and Ethiopia and how it is preparing graduates to acquire the soft skills needed in the changing job market.

The Role of Mentorship in Institutional Learning and Systems Change in Employability
The Education Collaborative presented its mentorship framework for employability systems development programs during this session. Mentors and mentees also shared their experiences, challenges, and successes in using the framework, and participants had the opportunity to engage in discussions to explore the program further.

The Dynamics of Four Unique HEIs Systems, and their approach to Career Services Development: A Roundtable Showcase
This session allowed participants to explore and learn from the different approaches used by four unique institutions in the Systems Change Program for Employability run by The Education Collaborative. The four profiles explored were:
- Large public tertiary institution
- Small, start-up private tertiary institution with European founders
- Public tertiary institutions with multiple constituent colleges
- Mid-sized technical public institution
