Dr Keren Arthur, Director of Design Thinking and Innovation Hub, University of Cape Coast, shared outcomes of her research on “Embedding 21st Century Skills through Extra-Curricular Activities in Public Universities: The Case of the University of Cape Coast Design Thinking and Innovation Hub (D-Hub)”.

The six-month study sought to develop a framework employing design thinking methodology to promote 21st-century skills in extracurricular activities emphasizing digital competency, research, creativity, and communication. This session highlights her research findings, outcomes, challenges, and next steps. The funds for this study were accessed through the Research Community of Practice (RCoP).
