How can we collectively build an ecosystem for ethical leadership across Africa?
As part of celebrating a year of inspiring ethical action across Africa through Giving Voice to Values (GVV) Africa, The Education Collaborative organized the GVV Africa Symposium. The symposium, which was themed Approaching Ethics through Values-Based Leadership and Ethical Action, highlighted ethical action and values-based leadership as the driving force for nurturing ethical leaders across Africa. Aravinda Ram, Deputy Pro-Vice Chancellor, Employability and Technology at Botho University, and Adriana Uwamahoro Ineza, English Communication Tutorial Assistant at Kepler College, shared the relevance of ethical action-based training and how it impacts the future generation of leaders across Africa.
