Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development Track: Case Presentations: Approaches for Boosting Collaborative Relationships in the HEI Entrepreneurship Ecosystem – Evaluating Sample Cases

The session presents two cases of how African HEIs have approached building synergistic innovations through collaborative relationships within their entrepreneurship ecosystems. By sharing these cases, the session will map out the ecosystem showing the various actors, their levels of engagement and input, and at which stage in developing the program of the case.

Session Outcomes 

1. Identify critical duties and responsibilities for HEI entrepreneurship ecosystem actors
2. Analyze ways in which actors can work together to spur innovation and entrepreneurship in the context of wicked problems
3. Examine ways in which HEIs can collaborate on critical action areas
